Colorectal cancer is preventable

Colorectal cancer is the second deadliest cancer in the United States among men and women. Yet is also one of the few cancers that is preventable. Thanks to the work of researchers all over the world, fewer people are being diagnosed with colorectal cancer. However, we still have a long way to go. The Colorectal Cancer Alliance Chris4Life Research Program awards grants to researchers studying what motivates people to get screened earlier and detect or prevent this unique cancer.
