Same great event, improved fundraising platform
We are excited to announce that the Colon Cancer Alliance has transitioned to a new fundraising platform in order to enhance your user experience. While the new platform has many similar features to the former, it is more user-friendly, has better social media integration, has the ability for donors to contribute through PayPal and a modern look and feel. While we believe this new platform will help participants recruit teammates and boost fundraising, this is a clean slate and therefore there are some adjustments that will need to be made. Don’t worry - the Undy Team is here to help!What’s new?
- New login and Password: The new system will require a new login and password. You will not be able to login using your former login and password
- Photos and Personal Stories: Due to the large volume of personalized individual and team fundraising pages, we were not able to import this data into the new system. If you would like your personalized photos and stories from the 2016 event, please contact Jason Wood at specialevents@ccalliance.org by August 11th to receive this information via email. Please be aware, after August 18th we will no longer have access to personalized individual and team fundraising pages.
- Participant Center Past Donor information: Now called the Fundraising Headquarters, past donor information will not be in your new Fundraising Headquarters. However, it is saved in the Colon Cancer Alliance donor database and you can contact the Undy team before August 11 with questions about past supporters.
- Participant Center Contact information: Similar to the above, the Fundraising Headquarters will not contain the contact information you imported into your Participant Center. However, the Fundraising Headquarters has a seamless and easy email app for you to import your contacts from gmail, yahoo, AOL and more.
