Answers to Your Questions
As colon cancer survivors and caregivers, our Helpline staff knows what you’re going through and is trained and ready to help. There are no "bad" questions, so do not feel embarrassed or silly to ask our team anything.
Whether you are a going through treatment or caring for a loved one, our Helpline will connect you to someone who will listen to your story and support you in the wide range of emotions and reactions you might have—all of which are normal.
Connections to Know You are Not Alone
We receive thousands of calls every year, many from people looking for hope and information during a difficult time. Our Helpline staff will make sure you are not alone in your journey by connecting you with local resources and informing you about the CCA’s numerous support services, including our Buddy program and My CCA Support, our online community.
Patient Support Navigator Program
Call the Helpline to find out if you’re eligible to be part of our new Patient Support Navigator Program, focusing on diagnostic navigation and treatment navigation. Our trained Patient Support Navigators will guide the patient and families throughout the healthcare continuum, offering resources and information. This communication and guidance is proven to improve outcomes and offer a better quality of life for those affected by colon cancer.
