Meet the Navigators

"I remember what it was like 11 years ago to be told I had cancer. Would I live? What was I going to do? Being a patient navigator allows me to help people move from that place of darkness to a place of hope."

Our certified Patient Support Navigators guide you through your screening, treatment or survivorship journey, offering resources and making life just a little easier.

Our Patient Support Navigator Program is the first of its kind in the colon cancer space and we’re here to help.

What is a Patient Navigator?

According to the American Medical Association, a Patient Navigator is someone who provides personal guidance to patients as they move through the health care system.

How can a Navigator help me?

Getting screened for colon cancer or being newly diagnosed can be overwhelming. Our Navigators will help you make sense of your options and follow up with you about next steps. Overall, a Navigator helps patients manage their care.

Patient navigation is shown to improve outcomes and help ensure the best quality of life for those affected by colon cancer.
