GivingTuesday
Kick CRC in the butt
This GivingTuesday, choose the Colorectal Cancer Alliance to support patients, caregivers, and family members. Your gift advances life-saving work that advocates for screening, magnifies support, and accelerates research.
Now you can double your impact with the Twila Sampson Family Foundation, which will match your GivingTuesday donations up to $25,000.
Your generosity drives programs like:
- One-on-one patient and screening navigation, including our toll-free Helpline and screening recommendation tool, quiz.getscreened.org.
- Prevention education campaigns like LEAD FROM BEHIND and #TheyDidntSay, plus grassroots initiatives like 45+ Reasons.
- An increased focus on research, including biomarker and clinical trial education plus the rapid expansion of the new Project Cure CRC.
A global event, GivingTuesday celebrates giving as a way to transform the world. By supporting the Alliance, you can contribute to a world free of colorectal cancer — and kick CRC in the butt!

Why GivingTuesday matters
The Colorectal Cancer Alliance is 100% donor-funded. From our patient support services to screening awareness initiatives, everything we do at the Alliance is made possible by the generosity of our donors. GivingTuesday is a critical moment to raise support for patients, survivors, caregivers, and family members affected by colorectal cancer. Every dollar donated now through GivingTuesday is matched 100% by the Twila Sampson Family Foundation, doubling your impact.

Screening
So far this year, we have delivered 30,000 screening recommendations through our one-of-a-kind screening quiz. High-risk individuals are connected with certified patient navigators. Last year, 15,000 people were screened through Alliance initiatives.

Support
Through our free Helpline, we have connected with nearly 17,000 patients, caregivers, and family members in 2023 and helped them navigate colorectal cancer. Our launch of BlueHQ earlier this year also connected thousands with personalized support.

Research
We have invested more than $5 million in research since 2016. Our new initiative, Project Cure CRC, reignites our effort to fund tens of millions of dollars in expedited, novel colorectal cancer research over the next two years.
