  • I forgot my password to log in to my Headquarters.

    Go to the Login link here and select “Forgot Password.” Enter your email address associated with your account and a reset code will be emailed to you. Once you receive this code, go back to enter in the code on the login page.

  • Where do I find a list of people who have donated to my Blue Star Tribute page?

    There are two ways to view who gave to your tribute page.

    • Option 1: Once you are logged in, go to the upper righthand corner and select the drop down “Go to” and select your page. Once on your page, go to the upper righthand corner again and click on “Manage.” On your dashboard page, select the tab “Donations.” Here you will see the list of those who gave with the amount of their gift. You will also be able to thank your donors directly from this page.
    • Option 2: Once logged in, go to the upper righthand corner and select the drop down “Go to” and select your page. Once on your page, scroll down to the bottom and you will see a list of donors and their donations.
  • How much does it cost to create a Blue Star Tribute?

    We are honored to play a small role in celebrating the legacy of your loved one, and, as such, there are no fees associated with creating a tribute in their honor or memory.

  • How long will my tribute page be active?

    Your tribute page will be on our platform indefinitely or until the fundraiser chooses to deactivate them or the organization chooses to deactivate it. While the page will remain on the site, a fundraiser end date is required when setting up a page. Our recommendation is to set the end date far into the future, at least one year, and update the date as necessary in order for donations to be made.

  • Will I be able to create a link for my obituary?

    Of course. All tribute pages allow you to create a custom URL link that can be added to obituaries.

  • Is my website a public link?

    The setting for all tribute pages is public.

  • How can I edit the content on my tribute page?

    Once logged in, you will go to the upper righthand corner of the page and select the dropdown menu “Go to” and select your page. Once on your page, go to “Manage” and you will be redirected to your page’s dashboard. Here you can select any of the tabs and edit as needed. Make sure to hit save after each change.

  • How do you use the funds that are raised through Blue Star Tributes?

    All funds raised through Tributes will help further our mission to end this disease in our lifetime. Our priorities include funding life-saving research, including young-onset research; increasing our efforts in screening and prevention; and supporting patients and their families as they navigate colorectal cancer.

  • My gift won't process.
