About Me:
My stepdad, John Hanna, was diagnosed with colon cancer in November 2002. From the moment he was diagnosed, through the 20 months of his illness, and since his death, I have yearned to do something. I have yearned to make some sort of difference, to bring something positive out of heartbreak. I have joined the Colon Cancer Alliance in order to share my story and connect with others who have been affected by this terrible but often preventable disease.
