About Me:
As soon as I found out that one of my closest friends has been diagnosed with colon cancer, it became my desire to get as involved as possible in raising awareness and fundraising for colon cancer research/treatment. Realizing that one in three Canadians is affected by cancer in their lifetime, and already having sat on the sidelines while cancer took the lives of three people that I knew, I decided that this would be the way I would join the battle against cancer.
