About Me:
I feel there is a need for more awareness of this type of cancer. Had my cancer been detected earlier, I believe I would not be wearing a permanent colostomy. At the present time, I facilitate a daytime cancer support group and will be starting an evening group this fall. I feel my people skills, along with my being a two-time cancer survivor can be helpful in helping others. I am also knowledgable of available cancer support services in the Bay Area. I am very excited and motivated to get this program going!
