About Us:
Three years ago, our father was diagnosed with stage III colorectal cancer and underwent major surgery in September of 2002 to remove the tumor. Since then, we have learned a lot about this type of cancer and have been active in making people aware of this preventable disease. While many are not informed about colon cancer and how to prevent it, there are great organizations that exist, such as CCA. This is why we decided to join and try to help organize and inform people in our area about colorectal cancer. Fortunately, our father is now cancer-free, and we hope to share in other's joy as we fight this disease together.
