2012 Jersey Shore Undy 5000

On July 28th, 2012, underwear-clad runners descended upon the Jersey Shore to participate in the third annual Undy 5000. About 620 supporters ran and walked along the boardwalk in honor of and in memory of those who have been affected by colon cancer. Local participants helped the CCA raise over $60,000 to help support local and national awareness, screening, and prevention programs.

Local sponsors included Monmouth Medical Center, Meridian Health, ShopRite, and Pine Belt Chevrolet. National sponsors include Dulcolax, Genentech, Salix Pharmaceuticals, Ethicon Endo-Surgery and Amgen Oncology.
