Denver Undy 5000

More than 1,000 Coloradans Strip Down for the Denver Undy!
The 2nd Annual Denver Undy 5000 5K run/walk was held Saturday, June 26, and brought approximately 1,070 participants to Denver's City Park. Over $100,000 was raised, a portion of which will benefit the Colorado Colorectal Screening Program, a program that provides uninsured Coloradans colonoscopies at no cost through the University of Colorado Cancer Center.
"The Undy 5000 provides a great opportunity to make people more aware that colon cancer can be prevented by screening," said Holly Wolf, PhD, MSPH, program director for the Colorado Colorectal Screening Program at the University of Colorado Cancer Center. "And the tremendous support by the CCA to raise funds locally allows our program to provide more medically underserved Coloradans access to screening."
