Another element of the Roots of Support in CRC program is the tree-dedication ceremonies held at cancer centers around the country to share messages of hope and encouragement with people with CRC, their loved ones and their healthcare teams. These ceremonies are helping to raise awareness of critical issues surrounding colon cancer, as well as the important educational and support resources that the CCA provides. While our national efforts are vital for gaining visibility of the program, regional efforts are just as important.  With your help, we hope to adapt this program model at local cancer centers across the country. To help you get started, the Roots of Support in CRC Community Event Guide can help you customize the national program in your area. Click here to order.
