
The mission statement of the Colon Cancer Alliance Voices of Rhode Island is to promote education and support through community outreach, monthly meetings and individual conversations.
We plan on informing the community that Colon Cancer is Preventable, Treatable, Beatable in the following ways:
- By attending health fairs put on by various organization in the area
- By setting up informational booths at various community activities and fairs
- By working as a group to reach out to individuals and offer support and by
- Meeting monthly to keep up to date with all activities and information
