Online Colorectal Cancer Community
Colorectal cancer (CRC) affects hundreds of thousands of people and their friends and family, yet many individuals are left feeling isolated and alone. Popular social networks such as MySpace allow the general public to connect and communicate with each other in new ways. The Colon Cancer Alliance (CCA) recognizes that the way people communicate is continuously evolving and realizes the importance of staying on the cutting edge of the latest technology. CCA’s Online Colorectal Cancer Community is the first social network of its kind developed for those affected by colorectal cancer to find and communicate with one another conveniently via the internet.
By utilizing the individual member pages offered by CCA’s new online colorectal cancer community, you - patients, long-term survivors, family and friends - will be able to connect with thousands of others from across the world who are sharing similar circumstances. CCA’s Online Colorectal Community will create a virtual home for all those affected by colorectal cancer.
