"Do a Fundraiser" Steps

Just follow the steps below and you're on your way to organizing an event and raising awareness of, and funding for, this preventable disease.

Step 1. Fill out a Fundraising Event Form and submit it to CCA.

Step 2. Create a personalized Blue Star Tribute page to generate awareness of your fundraising event. Your Blue Star Tribute will tell others about the event and help generate donations to meet your fundraising goals.
