The Colon Cancer Alliance has once again partnered with The Colon Club as a sponsor of their latest project, the 2008 Colondar. The Colondar, a calendar of young men and women who have survived colorectal cancer after being diagnosed under the age of 50, brought together 12 model-survivors. 

The 2008 Colondar is not only a calendar, it also educates about colorectal cancer in an unexpected way by telling each model’s personal story. These unlikely survivors, all of whom were diagnosed with colorectal cancer under the age of 50, are revealing their scars and telling their stories to show that their disease can affect anyone at any age. This year’s models are mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, girlfriends and boyfriends, and they are just like all of us.

Along with their stories and photos, the 2008 Colondar features US holidays, facts and important dates in colorectal cancer history.
