Making Each Health Journey Easier: A partnership between the Colon Cancer Alliance and CaringBridge

The Colon Cancer Alliance (CCA) has partnered with CaringBridge to provide colorectal cancer patients with a way to keep family and friends informed during their treatment. CaringBridge is a nonprofit organization providing free personal websites that connect people during a significant health challenge. CaringBridge websites allow family and friends to get health updates and provide support to the patient. This webinar will provide an overview of CaringBridge services including their new “Support Planner”. The webinar speaker is Judy Trucano, CaringBridge’s Partnership Outreach Manager. Judy joined the CaringBridge team in 2006. She leads the development and management of partnerships with nonprofit organizations, insurance providers and employee assistance programs. Judy nurtures mutually beneficial and collaborative relationships that focus on enhancing the resources provided by an organization to their members and families experiencing a significant health challenge by spreading awareness of CaringBridge. Judy has over 25 years of experience in sales, product development and client management.
